DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING POSITION

We are looking for an experienced sales superstar who will help us market and sell our Leadership Academies, Summits, and Retreats.

This person will help plan, coordinate, and execute an ongoing marketing plan and sales campaign for our programs and resources to athletic administrators and coaches at the college and high school levels.

You must be a self-starter who can work alone with little supervision. Experienced sales professionals only please; we will not be providing customer service or sales training. We will give you all of the necessary information to acclimate yourself with our company and answer client questions.

This is not a high pressure sales position; we need a person who thoroughly understands the sports world and the challenges, needs, and goals of athletic administrators.


Hours: Flexible hours and work schedule. Estimated hours between 15-25 per week. Since the pay is commission-based, we are more interested in results rather than the number of hours worked.

We are open to the possibility of virtual work from a remote location outside of Cary, NC.


Requirements: Phone, computer, and internet connection. You will need a working telephone to make calls. Cell phones are not preferred and you will NOT be reimbursed for used cellular phone minutes. You will not be reimbursed for long-distance phone calls. We prefer someone who has an unlimited long distance plan on their phone.


Compensation: 100% commission. A draw against commission can be negotiated. You would be hired as an independent contractor - no benefits are included with this position.
